Introduction

ELYSIS LP (“ELYSIS”) is committed to creating and maintaining a culture of integrity, collaboration, and transparency. To give its contributors the confidence they need to feel secure about sharing information that is important for organizational integrity, ELYSIS has selected ConfidenceLine™, a service of Xpera HRservices Inc., as its authorized external confidential reporting service provider.

This confidential reporting service is available to anyone who has concerns or information relating to misconduct or improper circumstances or behaviors connected to ELYSIS. These can include concerns about the business, or behaviors of individuals, including suspicion of violations of our standards, policies and standards, human rights, safety, environment, financial reporting, fraud, or business integrity issues in general.

The ConfidenceLine™ E-Web reporting service system ReportRite offers a secure web reporting communications process that allows for direct and confidential communication between you and ELYSIS. You can choose to submit a report confidentially or anonymously. It is important to know that the content discussed and the right to anonymity may be subject to local laws.

Instructions

To create a report, click on the "Continue to Create Report" button. The ConfidenceLine™ E-Web system ReportRite will provide you with a User Name and you will be asked to create a Password.

Due to the high level of information security in place, there is no way to recover your existing login details if you lose or forget them. For security purposes, there is a 60 (sixty) minute inactivity time limit; the system will disconnect if this limit is exceeded and you will have to restart your report.

Once you finalize your report, click the "Send Report" button to send your confidential electronic report to the Designate(s) at ELYSIS, who will reply to you via the system to understand your concern properly, answer questions, explain next steps, and provide the support available to you.

After submitting your report, you can, at any time, log back in with your User Name and Password to view the communications received and/or update ELYSIS on any further developments on the situation. Type your message in the Communications Message Field and press the "Send Communications" button, and an email alert will be received by ELYSIS Designate(s).

Privacy Notice

When you submit a report online, you consent to ELYSIS or its affiliates processing and disclosing your personal data, including your identity (if provided by you) and sensitive data - for example, race or religion - in line with ELYSIS Data Privacy Policy (https://elysis.com/en/privacy-policy) for the legitimate interests of investigating and addressing your complaint.

You can withdraw this consent at any time. Your data will be collected by ConfidenceLine™, a service of Xpera HRservices Inc., our service provider, and then transferred to ELYSIS. The data may be further transferred (including internationally) internally and externally, to investigators, insurers, and lawyers, who are bound by confidentiality and data privacy obligations. Under applicable local privacy legislation and the Data Privacy Policy, you have data privacy rights. To exercise such rights, contact privacyofficer-elysis@elysis.com.
